About Francis Perron

Francis Perron has pursued advanced studies at several renowned institutions. He has performed with a number of ensembles, including the Société de musique contemporaine du Québec and the Nouvel Ensemble Moderne. He has acquired extensive experience as a chamber pianist, accompanist and vocal coach, leading to close collaborations with organizations such as the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal, the Opéra de Montréal and the Wien Kammeroper. Francis Perron has many recordings to his credit, and has been heard on Radio-Canada, CBC and Radio-France Internationale. He is currently Associate Professor in the Faculty of Music at the Université de Montréal, where he is Vice-Dean of International Affairs and Head of the Piano Accompaniment Program.
